JSP Electrical Services, LLC provides residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services in the Greater Houston area and surrounding counties. All electrical work is performed by or under the supervision of John Parmley, TDLR Master Electrician License #3311, Electrical Contractor License #17168.

Service estimates and quotes provided through this website or by phone are non-binding until a written agreement or work order is signed by both parties.

3. Licensing & Compliance

JSP Electrical Services, LLC is licensed through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). All work is performed in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and applicable Texas state regulations. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by law.

4. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during the project
• Change orders for additional work require written approval before proceeding
• Payment terms will be specified in the signed work agreement

5. Warranties

JSP Electrical Services, LLC warrants all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are passed through to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification by others, or natural disasters.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, JSP Electrical Services, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
